About the client

NaturalSlim is a metabolism and weight-loss program founded in Puerto Rico in 1998.

What the tool does

A private knowledge base for the call-center team, with two-factor sign-in.
Dictionaries that agents search as they type, with results loaded over AJAX.
Product information pulled from NaturalSlim’s Shopify store through its API.
A library of documents for the team.
Tracking of which team members are connected.

My contribution

I built the tool as custom WordPress code, including the dictionaries, the Shopify integration, the document library and the tracking of connected staff.
