WordPress development for agencies, under your brand

You sell the design and own the client relationship. I build the WordPress side (themes, plugins, integrations and stores) on staging, tested and documented, with your name on it.

What I can take off your plate

  • Figma to WordPress

Custom themes with the block editor or Elementor Pro, set up so your client’s team can edit content without breaking the layout.

  • Plugins and integrations

Custom plugins, REST API integrations and data importers that connect WordPress to the rest of your client’s stack.

  • WooCommerce and Shopify stores

Products, payments and shipping rules your client’s business needs.

  • Fixes, care and audits

Bug hunts on sites you inherited, updates, accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA) and Core Web Vitals work.

How we work together

  1. Your brand, your client

I stay behind the scenes and join a client call only if you want me there. I’m happy to sign your NDA.

  2. Your tools

Git, Slack, Jira, Asana or Trello: whatever your team already uses. Staging and production environments, including WP Engine.

  3. Staging first

Every change is built and checked on a staging copy you can click through, never on the live site.

  4. A clean hand-off

Documentation on what I built and how to maintain it, so your team can take it over when the agreed maintenance ends.

Questions agencies ask

Have you worked inside an agency?
Yes. For two years I was the WordPress engineer behind a US agency: I developed and maintained more than 20 client sites at the same time, for law firms, architecture firms, dental practices and elected officials, among others. Some of that work is in the case studies on this site.
Will my client know you exist?
Only if you want them to. I can work entirely through you, under your brand, and I’ll sign an NDA.
Will our projects appear in your portfolio?
Only if you agree. Every project on this site is shown with permission.
What if something urgent comes up during the day?
I have a day job, so planned work happens on weeknights and weekends. If something urgent breaks on a live site, write to me and I’ll deal with it as fast as I can, including during the day.
How do payments and contracts work?
By project, never by the hour. You get a fixed quote, split into two or three payments tied to progress you can review. Payments go through Payoneer, I can fill in a W-8BEN, and we always sign a contract before starting, so both sides are covered.
Who owns the code?
Once the final payment is in, the code belongs to you or your client. I can maintain it for an agreed period, and I document it so your team can maintain it after that.
Can we start with a small task?
Yes. A bug fix or a single template is a good way to see how we work together before a bigger project.
What happens after launch?
I stay available for fixes and follow-up work during the maintenance we agree on, quoted the same way, and you keep the documentation.
